We wanted to get a check up on our furnace, and we were referred to Mack. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. They arrived early, and talked me through the whole process of what they were doing and what they were looking for. They were both thorough and efficient, and they charged me half of what others charge. I will definitely be going back to them for any HVAC needs!

Upon returning from vacation last night we realized our air conditioning was not working. With the expected temperatures in the mid 80s to near 90 this was going to be a problem. Made a few phone calls to "bigger" shop here in town only to find out they are almost double the price on weekends as Seasonal Survival HVAC are. Mack and his son Ryan were"in the neighborhood"when i called and arrived within 15 minutes of my call. Mack quickly diagnosed the problem and had the cold air blowing within the hour. It sure is nice to know that you can still find small but honest and affordable and don't forget dependable shops like Seasonal Survival. Seasonal Survival was on-time, efficient, and helpful. Mack explained the reading numbers and answered my "new-homeowner" questions. Their prices were competitive with other HVAC businesses in the area. I'm left with peace-of-mind going into a Wisconsin winter with my furnace and there's no price on that!

Our air was out and since our unit was 20 years old, we thought we'd need a new unit. Owner Mack said let me check it out and so he did. It appears he was able to repair. Glad I called them. Were recommended by Westhaven Trails Next Door app. Glad we did. Saved us lots of money. Will call for sure when we need to replace to a new unit.will certainly recommend.

This is the company to call when your heat or air isn't working. I found this company on Angie's List and they are the clear front runner in both the number of reviews and the number of positive reviews.

I called Mack, the owner, at 8 a.m. on a Sunday morning when my heater wasn't working. He came at 9:30, diagnosed the problem, drove back to his shop, picked up some used parts, and returned to fix my heater using mostly used parts and just one new part. My heater is 20 years old and I don't have it in the budget to buy a new one right now. He regretted that he had to use a new part, but he didn't have a used one back at his shop.

Not once did he try to upsell me a new heater, even though I should probably have one. I asked him about a new unit and his price quote was really, really fair.

My bill for his service was surprisingly affordable and had no extra charge for a Sunday call. Yup. No extra Sunday fee. :)

Call Mack Weaver at Seasonal Survival when you have heating or air conditioning issues. He's honest, prompt, professional, and has fair prices. He's not going to hustle you or make you feel like you have to buy a whole new unit.

Great service at a reasonable price!

Mack is patient, professional, friendly, thorough, and consistently does great work. I just had my furnace inspected. I was kind of poking my nose around the job as Mack was working and he took the time to explain the different readings he was taking, what they meant and why they were important. I also know what I'm getting with Seasonal Survival - a job well done, by a pro who cares and doesn't BS. My go-to guy for any HVAC work.
